Fifth Grade—Stefanie McAlpine—Sra. Stefanie

Sra. Stefanie, who joined Lakes International in 2004, returned to the area after living in Henderson, Nevada, and teaching first grade at a Spanish immersion international school there. A graduate of St. Cloud State University, Sra. Stefanie earned double degrees: a B.S. degree in elementary education and a B.A. in Spanish. She studied at the University of Costa Rica as well. In addition to classroom activities, Sra. Stefanie has been involved with Student Council, “Mentors Make A Difference” program and competitive swimming. She currently serves on the Lakes International Board of Directors.
